Shipping policy

Change of Address

Please email shop@floramisa.com with your order number and new address as soon as possible. Once your item is marked as shipped, the shipping address may no longer be changed. 

Fulfillment & Estimated Delivery

Orders with only in-stock items will be processed within 2-5 business days. Purchases including pre-order and made-to-order items will not be shipped until all items are ready to ship. See individual item details for estimated shipping times. My shipping days for MTO items are usually Mondays.

Estimated delivery depends largely on the location of the recipient. Please take shipping delays due to customs into account when ordering time-sensitive packages. Domestic orders (within United States) typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment. Tracking numbers will be provided when able. 

Please note that deliveries may be delayed during times with high shipping volume (such as for holidays). 

Customs and Import Taxes

International buyers will be responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. 

Important Note About Physical Orders

To ensure proper delivery through the postal service, enter an acceptable (full) government name. I have had international packages denied by customs for orders addressed to incomplete names/initials. I do not want to risk it with domestic packages. 

Customers must pay for any shipping fees incurred by packages returned to my address or marked as failed delivery. 

Unclaimed failed deliveries will be re-listed in my shop after 60 days. 

Unclaimed Returned Packages

Orders that are returned to sender by the postal service and left unclaimed for 60 or more days will be relisted for sale in my shop. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for any returned packages.

During this 60-day grace period, you may choose to reclaim any items in your order. However, all shipping costs must be covered by you. 

If 60 days have passed and your order has been left unclaimed, then all items in your order will be put up for sale as a restocked item. There will be no guarantee the items in your order will be available for you to reclaim after they have been restocked.
