Refund policy
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item(s) arrived defective or damaged. I am happy to accommodate exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the process.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
Please email shop@floramisa.com and include your order number to request a cancellation. Orders may be canceled up until is marked as shipped. Pre-order and made-to-order cancellations may not be able to be issued depending on when the request is made.
Unclaimed Returned Packages
As per my shipping policy, orders that are returned to sender by the postal service and left unclaimed for 60 or more days will be relisted for sale in my shop. No refunds or exchanges will be offered for any returned packages.
During this 60-day grace period, you may choose to reclaim any items in your order. However, all shipping costs must be covered by you.
If 60 days have passed and your order has been left unclaimed, then all items in your order will be put up for sale as a restocked item. There will be no guarantee the items in your order will be available for you to reclaim after they have been restocked.
